Default Why do Charr use the rank emote?
I was in Rragar's Menagerie dungeon fighting a group of Charr. A bunch of ooze popped up, and my party was overwhelmed. While the Charr were picking off the last of my group, the warriros started using the /rank emote. Apparently, the Charr are awsome at HA because of the tiger emote.

All Charr got rank 9 when they pwned everybody in Ascalon during the Searing.

Thanks for this interesting bit of information Maniac. What a great name for a skill that utilizes the rank emote. If I PvP'd I'd go for the ranks and I'd use the emotes to gloat too.

It's probably a joke on anets part, since some players get very annoyed in pvp when they are emoted on after defeat. Anet were probably tired of hearing players whine about it, so they decided to make light of it by subjecting pve players to it as well

Heh, it's funny now that I think about it... I've never actually seen the emote from a Charr. On those really really rare occaisions that they have killed a party member, I've interrupted the bejeebus out of them. I guess I could've actually read the skill before wasting interrupts on it.

I think its hilarious that when I get owned by like 30 charr and see 30+ rank emotes quite funny really.

lol i remember when my team was about to get wiped by the char so i /ranked for my wolf. Then i got rank spiked by tigers
